Timothy Bartling Organics is moving! After 12 successful years in New York City, we are heading west and plan to relaunch in Portland, Oregon. We'll be offering the same great full-service catering company as in New York City, specializing in organic, seasonally driven, and locally produced foods from the great Northwest. We'll miss New York City, though the thought of foraging for wild mushrooms in the misty woods will temper that big city longing. Give us a call in Portland!
 
Our goal is to provide the most delicious and beautifully presented foods using organic produce, meats, and fish from our area while helping to support and sustain local farms and business people who strive to create healthful and sustainable products.
